Back on the Road Again

We had only been home for 8 weeks before we got back in the car and headed for Texas to visit our daughter and her family.  We would have gone earlier but decided to wait for the kids to be on Spring Break and our daughter to be off work.  She is a neonatal ICU nurse.  As always when we hit the road we took our time and enjoyed the ride.

Our beautiful family in Texas

Driving down the road we saw this cute travel trailer.  It was made from ONE TREE! I think it would be so fun to own.

Another stop on the road to visit this sweet church.  It was open for people to
go in even though it is no longer used for services.

Thought this was strange.  Something I had never seen.

We try to visit as many National Forests as possible when we travel.

Love this shadow shot!

Our grandson, who is getting ready to start his senior year was part of a one act play that took 3rd place in a state competition.

This "mirror image" is our daughter and her daughter.  Amazing look alikes.

Well, that's about it for this trip.  Next week I will share about our cruise we took in March.

Thanks for stopping by.  Blessings, Debbie

Fascinating. Your daughter/granddaughter do look like twins.

I think the tree trailer is cute.

Happy Blue Monday, Debbie.

Oh you saw some funny subjects, but i love that trunk-house. Is it really one tree or just designed like that! If one trunk, the tree is quite big! BTW, i wonder why the fotos are all blurred in my PC.

Oh it would be fun for sure to own that "tree house"!! Looks like #1 grandson has a second career along with the first. Like the church-so sweet.

That tree trailer caught my eye. That mush have been from an old growth stand. It must have been a magnificent tree to start with. - Margy
